After moving to northeast Oklahoma eight years ago, I met lots of people with Native American heritage who educated me on folklore passed down through their respective tribes. Although I still do not know much about Native American mythology or folklore, the stories that I have heard are vastly intriguing to me, so I am most excited for Weeks 10 and 11. Week 11 will probably be one of my favorite weeks since I have lived in the same general area that the stories originated from!
